Keiichi

The Continent of Keiichi is the eternal land of the Kami. A land blessed with an endless line of Emperors/Empresses that are direct descendants of their magic.   Keiichi is ruled by the Major Clans. These Clans are in turn ruled by and abide by the absolute law of the Empire. Though these laws change with the succession of each Emperor/Empress. This doesn't stop them from trying to claim power from their rivals.   Magic permeates throughout the land giving rise to many legends and heroes, but with every good comes evil. There are those who wish to cheat death and bring people back from the brink. Along with these blasphemous act there are monsters and villains that roam the mysterious lands between cities, towns, and provinces.   Our protagonists enter the stage in the height of Clan rivalry and the rise of evil. Politics are the true power in the land and not everyone who holds this power wants the best for the Empire. Our protagonists must find out dark secrets and uncover the even darker past of the land in order to quell the ever looming threat of war.
