The Order of Chauntea
The Church of Chauntea worhships the god of agriculture, Chauntea. They mostly exist in farming towns such as Mirik-Grove where much of the population consists of farmers. Farmers are the primary patrons of the church and in exchange for their monetary support the church prays for Chauntea's blessing and for a bountiful harvest. They never hold a traditional church service however occasionally a priest or other leader believes they've received a divine message from Chauntea about the weather, the harvest, or perhaps new farming methods. If such a thing happens said leader will simply tell all the farmers who come to the church and perhaps seek them out to let them know. The Church is very loosely organized however a certain amount of respect is shown to another priest of Chauntea when they show up at any temple.
Structure
The organization slightly varies from town to town and two churches rarely have any association with eachother. A church usually has one priest who is the head of the church. This priest is either the founder of the church or was chosen by the previous preist. Several acolytes then serve under them. These acolytes are more often than not simply farmers with particularly strong faith.
Public Agenda
They simply say that they desire the prosperity of humanity and that the donations are necessary because their prayers, rituals, and studies take up too much time for their leaders take up an additional job, in addition Chauntea often demands gold in exchange for blessings.
Assets
A church usually possesses no more than the building they reside in, any relics they happen to have, and the coinage in their coffers.
History
For nearly as long as there has been farmers there has been followers of Chauntea. Eventually all these separate organizations united under one symbol to serve their god however this unity functions more in thought than in function.
Mythology & Lore
They believe that Chauntea brings rain and blesses the fertility of the land and brings good harvest. Given that their priests can cast spells no one bothers to look into it further.
Ethics
As long as aren't burning down fields, killing people, or doing other things civilization considers crimes against humanity they don't care. In addition to this they believe that living a life of agriculture and working to feed people is the most noble posistion of work.
Priesthood
A single priest governs their church in their community. This priest is either the founder or was chosen by a previous priest, if no one has been chosen that the acolytes that served under said priest convene to decide who gets to lead. The priest is distinguished in grass green robes and a pin of the Order's emblem.
Granted Divine Powers
The leaders of the church often have divine spellcasting. The only difference between these priests and others is that they know druidcraft instead of thaumaturgy, purify food and drink instead of guiding bolt, locate animals or plants instead of spiritual weapon, plant growth instead of dispel magic, and speak with plants instead of spirit guardians. They use these abilities to help in making sure crops grow and occasionally tracking down a lost cow.

"Without Chauntea the land will wither, with her we eat to our desire, and still there is food leftover."
