Limbo
Limbo is the name for the border region of the The Seven Hells, separating it from the rest of the Shadowfell. While not considered an Archdevil, its Warden—"Charon"—has an equally important role to play in the structure of the Hells at large, keeping out any potentially do-gooders that could disrupt the Infernal way of life.
