Déskálítos the Hungry (day-ska-lee-TOHS, DAY-skahl)
Déskálítos Mínásë
The White Dragon, Déskálítos (originally named Dézíkáltos) or simply Déskal, is the goddess of torture, suffering, the damned, and the Seven Hells. She is the daughter of Matyuvet the Swift, twin of Dandes the Grim, and the mother of all seven of the Hells' Archdevils.
Currently, Déskal is trapped alongside her brother, the Red Dragon Dandes, underneath the White Mountains, a prison the Cult of the Two seeks to free her from.

History
A young Agesilaos was bullied by his peers, leading him to call upon any god who might bestow upon him the meanings to seek vengeance against his tormentors. Déskálítos--the White Dragon and goddess of misery, torture, and suffering--answered his call, granting to him a sliver of the very malice that fuels her own necrotic essence.
# Yeah dudes, she turned him into a horcrux/phylactery.
This relationship soon became an infatuation of Agesilaos, who pleaded with Déskál to allow him to enact her will upon Kálit. As a man of the noble House Khúsoë in the City of Umbar, he lacked standing and political power in the matriarchal society. Thus, they concocted a plot to possess one of his female relatives who bore the same blood-curse that had allowed Agesilaos to become Déskál's mortal vessel.
Agesilaos deemed his niece, Persephone, to be the best candidate for the possession. And so, Agesilaos and Déskál set about destroying Percy's life and psyche to bring about that end.
The rest, it seems, is history.
