Slyvain

Skin and Hair textures often take on a plantlike appearance, such as bark formation textures, hair like reeds, or petal like growths instead of hair. Eyes are slightly luminescent.     Sylvain, or “Children of the Woods” in Faelin, are the instantly most recognizable of the Ilsiri, as they are often as colorful and diverse as plants are. Their hair looks like flowers, leaves, mushrooms, and all sorts of flora, with their skin having ridges that end up looking like the bark of trees or the smooth gloss of a flower’s stem. When among the trees or plants, they fade away, as if they never existed in the first place, only their bright eyes peering out into the darkness. They live perhaps the most naturally of any the Ilsiri, living quietly among the plants and trees, making as little an impact as they can, taking only what they need.
