The Seige of Pont Commences

After successfuly advancing through territories in the east, The Hadovean Army have reached the walls of Outer Pont and perpare for their first assualt.

General Oakbane, surveyed the challenge before her. After months of fierce fighting, pushing forward and on a number of occasions being pushed back by a determined Geldheim army the outer walls of prize so desired by the Empress lay before them. Oakbane knew what she was in for, even if this campaign proved successful it would likely take months to reach the center of Pont and history would suggest they would be met with fierce and bloody resistance. Behind her siege weaponry were being constructed for the long and arduous task before them. General Oakane took comfort in their level of preparation knowing full well that every ounce of effort would be required to overcome an equally prepared Geldheim army behinds those walls.
