The residence of Sweetwater Forest rebel against the Empire forces

It has been a long time since the forces of the Empire had claimed the lands surrounding Sweet Water Forest but no time at all before the valuable timbers of the land were being cut down and transported all over the Empire. The locals watched furiously as their way of life was being destroyed. Through back channels and "Allies" the locals were able to gain access to weapons and equipment to rise up and rebel, to force the intruders out of their forest. that time is now. First, they began by attacking the transports that would take the timber from the forest to the outpost just on the edge of the forest. this will help them secure more resources to be used in the full attack on the outpost, but these transports would prove quite difficult to take because of the defenders hired to protect them as they travelled. the rebels were only able to claim half of the shipments before the task had become too risky. but not as much as they wanted it was enough for them to proceed with the plan to attack the outpost with the use of battering rams and ladders to gain access and burn the buildings down. As the rebels broke from the cover of the forest and moved to attack the main gate, they quickly realize that the outpost had prepared for the attack and used the very timbers to fortify and blockade the outpost into killing zones. though the fight was brief the kill zones ran with blood. The rebels throwing themselves against the gate only to find it to well defended. The captain of the outpost watched in satisfaction as the rebels were routing back to the safety of the forest. Wanting to make an example of those who would stand up to the power of the Empire, the captain ordered the gates to be opened and with him in the lead marched out with all of the soldiers under his command. The soldiers moved through the forest killing all in their path, but their slaughter soon became their own. this was their land, this was their forest, and none knew it better than the people who lived under its shade. first a man would disappear from the flank, then another would fall from an unseen attacker, suddenly the forest itself came alive. The rebels had rallied and used the forest to their advantage attacking the intruders from all sides, falling on them like a wave. the captain just stood in shock as all were cut down around him. now that the outpost was unprotected the last of the occupants fled for their lives leaving the outpost an empty husk. As word traveled about the Sweet Water Rebelion an Imperial army with orders to stamp out these hooligans, began its march toward Sweet Water. this is where the leaders of Doomsayers Keep would step in. with so much fighting right on their doorstep and the continues influx of refugees coming from all over Doomsayers sent out a decree that the sacred boarders will be realign. the lands between the Duchy of Moridale, including Sweet Water Forest to Doomsayers are now under the control and protection of the leaders of Doomsayers, any who would attempt to attack any lands under their control would break the sacred oath. In the final paragraph Doomsayers promises that this would not be the only changes and a full realignment will follow.
