Shadow Blight

Being a form of the Shadow Curse illness, Shadow Blight can only be contracted through prolonged exposure to the Shadowfell. With the amount of exposure varying from creature to creature, much like Much unlike Shadow Mutations, another form of the Shadow Curse, Shadow Blight comparatively only displays a very light amount of physical alterations.

Shadow Blight is characterized by the slight mutating/changing of one's form, although this may vary. What is certain is the inability to leave the Shadowfell. With those who attempt to demateroalizing and either ceasing to be, or finding themselves returned to the Shadowfell. Seemingly, which occurs appears to vary by individual.

It has also been noted that, in rare cases, a Shadow Blighted individual may display paranormaly enhanced control over the Shadowfell itself. Sadly, what this specific phenomenon is a poorly understood one, so what these enhancements may be are unknown, and are mainly only described by the Shadow Rangers of Morin's Watch.
