"We are the Charlot division, the walking tanks of dracholm! Driven by his promise that we'd never end his arch!
Fire, bombs, and bullets, all thrown directly at us, but for freedom and life, we tank it all and continue with our march!
Charlot division, the walking tanks of dracholm! Driven by our promise that we'd never cease to walk!
Our swords, shields, and armor, surely can protect us from our foes that would end Dracholm with a lock!"

Composition
Manpower
Each Charlot division holds around 20 thousand power armor units, at least 5000 of which are considered phantom tanks (units which can turn invisible for a short period of time0.
Equipment
While weaponry varies, all soldiers in the Charlot division are equipped with mark 6 and up bacteria armor. They strangely also carry handcuffs.
Weaponry
Charlot division weaponry heavily varies between individual soldiers, the only thing it really has in common is that they are all extremely heavy.
Vehicles
The charlot division has access to heavy APCs for bringing them to the frontline quickly
Structure
Each individual charlot division (of which there are 10) obeys a colonel, who commands a field marshall, that has authority over a Sargeant, and so forth. They are part of the general power armor division.
Tactics
The Charlot division's strategy consists of staying undetected for as long as their heavy power armor allows them and then unleashing hell when they get within range of an enemy battalion. Due to their heavy armor and semi stealth tactics, it is widely known that the Charlot division units rarely suffer casualties. In fact, due to their near invulnerability to damage, they are the only known joint peacemaker/union unit that often arrests people, hence why they are also one of the few military units known to carry handcuffs.
In less enlightened situations, Charlot division units still opt for a direct approach, marching straight into the enemy and hoping that their armor combined with artillery cover will keep them from harm. But that doesn't mean they will unnecessarily expose themselves to damage. Charlot division units still prefer to approach using the cover of oceans, dense forests, or mountain crevices and often accompanied by medical/engineering battalions to keep themselves safe.
Training
Surprisingly, for an esteemed division, the training to get in is quite easy. All that is truly required is the knowledge to handle power armor.
