It's practically a crime against aesthetic pleasure!Arlie is head of the Council of Petals, and a stickler for aesthetic. He's known most for shaming a few well known families out of Bhcu Cuhcil over how hideous Arlie perceived their decor. Yes, really.
Though Arlie can be a bit of a shit about seemingly tiny little things, he's are extremely good at his job. The extreme attention to detail that sets Arlie at odds with others also allows him to notice tiny changes in the water, allowing her to catch things before they can become an issue.

Arlie is more chunky than your average Vie, though nothing to be concerned about, just a slightly different build. He's perfectly healthy and very active for his age.

Arlie was born to Zeddon Cojhill and Cauze Armand, in Bhcu Cuhcil.
Childhood
Arlie is the youngest of 5 children. He was babied most of his life and got everything just how he wanted with no real expectations from him. He noticed fairly early on that the rest of the world was not so giving to him as his parents, so he set his mind to change that. So instead of coasting on his parent's favor, he sought out the things he wanted. And what he wanted most was for everything around him to be beautiful.Early Adulthood
As soon as he was old enough, Arlie began apprenticing and interning for the Council of Petals. If other's couldn't create the beauty he wanted, he'd do it himself.Now
Arlie has very recently become the head of the Council of Petals. He was nominated by his predecessor for the most recent elections, and despite his persnickety nature, or perhaps because of it, he won. Its unclear if the power has gone to his head or not, as he's always been a bit of a bratty diva.Romance
Arlie has not yet pursued any serious romantic interests. Though he's open to advances, he's not yet found anyone who's interested him enough to stay around.Gender Identity

Arlie is attracted to people who have a similar visual eye for design as himself. And, while he won't admit it, he doesn't seem to favor only Chiuov. If you are passionate about aesthetics and share his views, he will likely find you attractive on some level.

Currently head of the Council of Petals, though has always worked within the group in some capacity.
Mental Trauma
Managed to get stuck outside at night once, and while Bhcu Cuhcil is fairly safe, colossi wise, he could hear them in the distance. The fear of that moment has stayed with him and has warped into a fear of darkness itself. He always has a light on whenever feasibly possible and finds stars and space to be scary.
Morality & Philosophy
To Arlie seeking and achieving beauty, at least as he sees it, is the highest form of morality. Anything less is depravity, and he has very little patience for such things.
