Captain Kierra Colker
Kierra is the captain of the Saltmarsh Town Watch, as such, she and her subordinates are responsible for the security of Saltmarsh. She's tall for a human, almost unnaturally so, and strongly built. She operates on a no-nonsense attitude, and takes a very practical view to law enforcement; asking the best of her people, always willing to listen to reasonable argument, but ever ready to throw the first punch if necessary.
She was born out on one of the farmsteads deep in Ambervale, came to Saltmarsh with her father on many trips bringing their wares to market, making and meeting friends in town on each visit. Eventually when old enough to apprentice, she wanted more than a farmer's life, she wanted to adventure and roam the wilds, but in concession to the worries of her ageing family, she took an apprenticeship in the Town Watch at Saltmarsh.
Kierra quickly proved herself level headed in a tight situation, companionable with the townsfolk, and after her time working the fields on her family's farm, more than strong enough in a fight! Her ambition and competence eventually took her to command the town watch, now she finds herself embroiled in a much more annoying battlefield of town politics.

Kierra keeps herself in good physical condition, and can be predictably found jogging the perimeter of Saltmarsh in the early hours.
Specialized Equipment
As Captain of the Saltmarsh Town Watch her armour is more ornate than that of her fellows; despite this, it is still practically built, with none of the pointless filigree and draped robes of the Temple Guard. She eschews the standard armament of the watch to carry an enourrmass two handed sword slung over her back.
