    Kata was born in Restuchen, to the noble Dumeur family, in the early hours of the morning. It was the calmest night for the sea-faring city for the past two years. It had been beset with storm after storm, and trade had suffered because of it.   Many thought it meant that Kata was destined for great things.

    The Dumeur family were sent to Adenagend to forge diplomatic relationships with the Angenvir royal family. As nobles within Restuchen, the Dumeur family brought with them their network of tradesmen and further nobility that would serve the royalty of Adenagend well.   It was no secret that the family intended on Kata marrying the Angenvir’s eldest and only son, Camfra. But there were no official negotiations made for their engagement.

    Having spent years scheming in private with Gee, the pair had managed to convince the young Camfra into their schemes. Shortly after, with Gee’s approval, Kata approached Camfra and asked him if he loved her. However, Camfra had plans to ask Kata the same.   They agreed to see each other secretly, in the beginning. They did not want the pressure that their parents would place on them, as they were already organising engagements for them both.

    On the day of his coronation, Camfra was married to Queen Kata Angenvir. After a few years of their secret relationship, they announced their intention to marry once Camfra’s father had died. Preparations were made and Camfra stepped into his new position as King alongside his wife, the Queen.

She petitioned the advisors to spare resources to construct The Life Spire, as the previous The Life Spire was no longer functional. It was a place for great medical advancements to be made.

    Camfra was assassinated

    On the stroke of midnight at Gee’s 20th birthday masquerade ball, King Camfra was assassinated. Friend heard the phrase “you’re not doing enough” coming from over the wall. A small scrap of red fabric, matching the dresses of either Rosabella or Hela, was found near the body.
