Assets

Tregaron is the seat of power in Dianera, and as such is the trading hub of the country. She boasts a rich mix of assets, both financially and historically.

Guilds and Factions

A number of small guilds exist within the city itself. It's common for each trade to have its own guild.

History

Tregaron was merely a trading outpost following the Expulsion. After the unification of the country, she became an important hub for trade. From there, she grew into a small territory, with a small vassal lord in command. He was quickly superseded in authority when the first king of Dianera named Tregaron the capital city and took up residence there. It's said the Dreadhold was build over centuries, with each architect burning their plans to make sure it was impregnable.   Tregaron was the site of Aesaria's first rebellion, and the Dianeran Army and King Semia repelled the attack with ease. Aesaria's army crumbled trying to breach the city's defenses, lacking the firepower to overcome her many walls.   The city was attacked again, by air, by the Coalition years later. This attack proved effective, though much of the city was destroyed during the attack. In the ensuing year, the Hellgate wiped out part of the city's outer wall. Masons, laborers, and architects are working frantically to restore the city's defenses as well as the Dreadhold's.

Geography

Tregaron is a walled city situated among greenery and open fields. The King's Crossing, or the main road into the city, is a wide, paved road that welcomes travelers and traders in and under the protection of her thick walls.
