Greetings Galnet- and the galaxy. Silvano Mazzaio reporting, hijacking the airwaves effortlessly. This is the last time any of you will hear my voice in the capacity of a friend. The Sovereign Colonies Armed Forces once again assert their Sovereign nature, and from this point on, any ships traveling to SCAF space will be fired upon no matter what their polity of origin.   My array of psionic beacons is complete, and my citizens no longer need the clumsy trappings of post-Scream humanity such as compads and the news to communicate with one another, when I can be a psychic conduit for all their thoughts.   I set out many years ago after awakening on Gudrun to try to build a better society. First, I found others like me, and we created the Academy- but it did not live up to my vision for it and was dragged down by its talent-less Headmaster Fate and the whining hangdogs that were my first students. I then saved the entire galaxy from the Shaper crisis almost single handedly, aside from some last minute theatrics by the people of Suha- theatrics that were entirely unnecessary for I could have done the same using only my mind.   Finally, I settled with my followers and devoted to form SCAF, and since then we have been nothing but the scapegoat for the rest of an ungrateful universe.   I, Silvano Mazzio, Psychic Demilord and ruler of SCAF, declare all previous treaties null and void. I declare no vessels will enter or leave SCAF space without my express permission. ANY violators will be destroyed without hesitation, and with maximum prejudice. All non-SCAF prisoners currently in my custody will be executed, and any caught violating the simple proclamation I am making now will be met with the same fate.   Do not test us.
