Fleshshaper picket ships shot down the probe sent here before anything worthwhile could be transmitted.

Orbital plates the size of land masses float around the planet , all made of flesh, and three harvesting vessels slowly chew up and process the biomass. Uncountable small craft take off and land on the planets surface and you can see they’re continuing their grisly work. Drag nets the size of city blocks are carried aloft filled with avians pulled from the sky.
Heavier ships hang back, all built for war, battleships and cruisers
Wreckage from a large space battle floats intermixed among the fleshshaper fleet though it’s hard to tell what the vessels may have once belonged to- Remnant or some kind of local defense fleet.
With the Fleshshaper menace defeated, it is clear this planet has been cleansed of life, but explorers have not returned to document what may lie there now.
