A blue liquid with an alien glow. The tiny feathers are added as a harmless but aesthetically pleasing reminder as to what purpose this distilled Numerian fluid grants.
You move through the air with a speed of 40ft or up to your fly speed, whichever is faster. Moving upward (straight up or diagonally) uses the rules for moving through difficult terrain. You can move straight down 10 feet for every 5 feet of movement you spend (this is not considered a 5ft step).
Should you be air borne when the potion’s effect ends, you will be considered to be under Feather fall for an additional round.
