Jarl Hrothgar the One-Eyed
Jarl of Halland and Ruler of Sorsan and Trael
Jarl Hrothgar is an experienced warrior and a veteran of numerous wars. His holdings of Halland, Beisfjor and Trael (although Trael do not contain a settlement, it is an important source of peat) are not as wealthy as other holdings, so he has gained most of his riches from warfare, looting and raiding. The nickname "One-Eyed" was given to him during an raiding campaign of a foreign kingdom where he lost his left eye while storming a castle.
Among the Jarls, Hrothgar is known as a cunning and ruthless warrior, but also as a disciplined and charismatic leader. The Warriors of Halland are considered some of the most elite soldiers of all of Lofenia, primarily due to Hrothgar harsh training and advanced disciplining of his men.
