The Coven of the Ice Garden: Costa
In a city as large as Costa there are people who get hurt. A single healer is not enough to keep the city running. Knowing this, The Coven of the Ice Garden decided to make a headquarters in Costa. This is not their main headquarters, but it is a very nice hospital with many different wings, and many members. The current Head Sarian is Jera Commena. She is the second most powerful witch in The Coven of the Ice Garden, and very involved in the community.
