The Collective
The collective was formed from the ashes of Ël'ullor's reign and they rule with a loose dictatorship. But on occasion, people are taken from the streets and publicly executed to keep the people in line and to let them know that they aren't in control.
Culture
The Ka'niries have accepted that the collective is the ultimate power in Y'Sy'kranor and they have been forced into obedience. Anything new is deemed as evil.
