A blessed Archon descended and granted Theoi Corneliai a crown. They gave him a quest to unite the peoples of Kagren and Ioslin.

Death of the Old Empire

A mournful event often the heroes of the Civil War are Canonized Saints within thier sepperate countries.

Divine Origins

The Cult formed in the late days of the Old Theoidor Empire. It spread intensely during the Civil War and then stagnated in the Later ages into a vestigial religion of the Empire.

Cosmological Views

The divines under Lord Ao created the universe. And the seven Archons each granted gifts to the Arch-Races, the Saurids, the Elves, the Humans, the Dwarves, the Halflings, the Gnomes, and the Orcs. The orcs were cast from grace when they began worship of Gruumsh. The other races were birthed from one of the seven divine races.
Archon Hominid Primus is considered by the Imperial Cult to be the distant relation of Theoi Corneliai and thus all Emperors. This archon is also considered by the Imperial Cult to be the Highest Ranking of the Seven.

Tenets of Faith

  1. The Blood of the Emperors mustn't be spilt in vain
  2. The Arch Races are to be respected and not harmed lest they mean harm to you
  3. Worship of Idols made of Jade is forbidden
  4. Consumption of Horse Meat is Forbidden

Priesthood

Archon's Trumpeteer: Trumpeteers wear gold robes, olive branch crowns of gold and mithral, and Play Electrum Trumpets. They are elected by the Emperor to fill the Arch-Temples. Seven of these existed. The currently open ones are the Human Arch-Temple in Sestia, The Elven Arch-Temple in Pyroreach, the Halfling Arch-Temple in Caligo Oppidium, and the Gnomish Arch-Temple in Laverset.
The Ruined Temples are the Orcish Arch-Temple in Aspenton, the Saurid Arch-Temple in Smithersrough, and the Dwarven Arch-Temple in Earthenstor.
Trumpeteers elect Lictor-Priests and Orator-Priests.
Lictor-Priest: Lictor-Priests are Executioners and Religious Lawyers. They travel the lands hearing courts on Heresy, Blasphemy and Abandonment of Clerical Duties. They crucify those they believe have commited heretical or blasphemous behavior. They wear black robes and carry a holy symbol of scales made of lead.
Orator-Priest: Orator-Priests are the preachers and spreaders of faith. They were white or purple robes and carry a holy symbol with the face of a saint or Emperor. They run lesser temples of the Faith.
