Kakariko Village
Kakariko Village is a picturesque settlement nestled amidst the rolling hills of Western Necluda. Founded by the Sheikah long before before the Hylian Civil War. Today, Kakariko Village is a peaceful and welcoming place and has a vibrant community of mostly Hylians and Sheikah.
The village's history is rich and varied. It once served as the home of Impa, the Sage of Shadows, a powerful Sheikah warrior. Later, the notorious thief, Blind, made Kakariko his hideout, turning the village into a haven for clandestine activities.
The windmill, a vital part of the village's infrastructure, milling grain and can draw water from the local well, providing a vital service for the community.
The Kakariko Cemetery, where the souls of the fallen Hyruleans, Hyrule Royal Family, and Sheikah tribe members are said to rest. A solemn reminder of Hyrule's fallen heroes.
Kakariko offers a wealth of attractions. Citizens of Hyrule can explore the village's many shops, including a potion shop, blacksmiths and a shooting gallery. For nature lovers, the village provides stunning views of Death Mountain to the north and easy access to the Great Hyrule Forest to the west.
