Basic Synopsis:
A young ranger originally hailing from The Town of Saria, moved to Faron Woods once old enough. Notices the odd behaviour of animals in the area, decided to investigate, heading to the capital as part of a caravan to hopefully ask other travellers if it's happening elsewhere.
Finch grew up on a farm, just outside the Town of Saria. As a young boy, he would explore the edges of the Lost and Deep Woods, nature something that always had him curious. As a teen, he helped his father and older brother both on the farm, and at other farms and ranches in the area, herding in livestock, wrestling goats into pens, working the fields. In his free time, he found a love for old folk tales, a deeper appreciation for nature as he took long walks, and Archery, as he began hunting to put more food on the table, not for his own family, but others in the area who couldn't afford to do so themselves. Eventually, an issue arose: People were being found maimed, dead, or robbed along forest roads, and local livestock was being snatched from their pens. Seeing the toll this was taking, he took to hunting the creatures that were doing this, acting as scout and escort to travellers, and patrolling the farms and ranches from Saria to Hateno and Ordon. He decided to settle in Faron Woods, finding the woods there needed patrolled more than others, settling in a small homestead just across the bridge from Ordon Village, at the edge of Faron Woods themselves. But wanderlust and old folk tales still cling to his young heart, ?????
