Long Rest
To complete a long rest you need 8 hours of rest with food and drink
After a long rest a target fully replenishes all hp, LR and SR cooldowns, fully recharges targets Souls (If applicable) and removes a level of Exhaustion
If your species dictates something unique is either required or gained for a long rest refre to your species page as it take priorty over this one
