Exhaustion can effect almost any creature that has gone too long with out rest
Causes
If a creature goes a full day without a long rest they must make a 10+(# of days without rest) Con Sav if they fail they take one Lv of Exhaustion
Treatment
You can remove 1Lv of exhaution by taking a long rest with food and drink
