Dorobora has a mayor but no one would put it past you if you didn't know that on account of them never doing anything
Infrastructure
Dorobora has much more housing than it has citizen due to how many people have been moving out year after year. Dorobora infrastructure was made decadeds if not centuries ago, the most advance part of the city is it's interstellar dock but even that is 20 years out of date
Climate
Dorobora skies constantly change between either torrential downpour and clear skies
