Celestia is responsable for an untold amount of monsters. She often transforms wild beasts and those on the outskirts of society and morphs them into monsters. Celestia has reported she does this to "empower these wayward souls to reach their true protential, a potential nature could not provide".

Celestia has a vast variety of sexual organs compatible with an unidentified number of species. She has reportedly only used them exclusively for the sake of breeding an creating new offspring. This offspring is often natrualy monstrous.

Celestia does not enter into contracts for her own benefit; instead, she dedicates these divine agreements entirely to transforming mortals into the specific monsters she envisions. This situation has led to Celestia being perceived as relatively weak for a god, except for her massive and immensely powerful monstrous body.

Celestia experiences significant distress and sorrow due to the relentless hunting and slaughter of her monsters, which she feels is unjustified as they are merely acting in accordance with their inherent nature.
