- Accountability: being upfront and owning your mistakes, and learning and following through on what you said you were going to do.
- Trust: Being yourself and making people feel safe around you to bring up hard topics.
- Dependability: Following through and showing up and being available so that others can count on you.

The organization's goal for all the members is to be like a family and keep everyone safe that has these incidents of killing while walk sleeping.
