Vedai Kali
Sprawling capital city of the Kali Tyranny.
The inner city is surrounded by 8km of walls made of stamped clay standing between 30" to 50", with battle towers every 200" and the elite personal army of the Tyrant of Kali of 8,000.
The outer city has spilled out well past the outer walls, smaller in stature at between 15" and 20", with an entire standing population 200,000 and a transitory population that brings the total to more than 300,000 at any one time.
The sacred High Temples of the Enlightened Row are clustered about Lake Nelumbo and guarded over by the dread figure of Kali Swala.
Geography
At the edge of savannah and dry rainforest on the Porus River.
Localized Phenomena
Rips and tears in the sky above Vedai Kali are common, bleeding black and dark violet energy that drips with malevolence onto the city below.
