The Loa truth bomb and the Loxodon cometh
General Summary
- The dead, very dead, as in hierspirit is hanging out on the shores of the Sunless Sea (i.e. the Astral Plane nearest the Great Beyond) Essen witnesses in full a conversation Letetia and Geele, and by witness I mean Letetia posseses and enters her through necro-transference (tee-hee) but really it is is Essen with overlapping voice of Letetia.
- This conversation is attached in full - but there are a lot of spoilers not everyone has access to, but read if you're greedy :-)
- Fighting (if you can call it that) continues, with the BMG being aware despite their incredible 16th level power, they are outmatched by a small stormtrooper posse of Phyrexi (a race that the Alin fear), who also serve the Horned God and were part of the destruction of the 11th iteration of Atlantis - they will also feature prominently as the Alin are now bursting through and ravaging the north (I didn't forget about the Amphitheatres of Entanglement froma few games ago, those things are activating - right now and the window is closing to stop them at Anaconda World #4)
- Gundark is blasted with fireballs and lightning bolts and ragingly fights on before succumbing and dying and also ends up onthe shores of the Sunless Sea (what he witnessed is also attached, but spoilers, but go ahead also, this game is fun)
- Geele Cube is a blazing dying star about to smash into the Wyrding when Dwayne dies also, slain by a Phyrexi Angel, and slain easily at that - he also ends up on the Sunless Sea shores (his is also attached)
- Gimblenock staves off the Phyrexi for one more round (before they can abduct Gundark's body and remove him from the game)
- Shenanagins and the three dead party members (killing you made me happy) are all back on 1 HP
- Everyone is now surrounded by the inky gaseous liquidity of the Sunless Sea, Geel is gone, the Phyrexi are gone and there's a crooked monolith nearby, with ancient elven spelled out by starflies on the monolith (which is darker than dark except for a slight glow at the edges)
- Angry conversations and tears ensue as threads are pulled together and secrets revealed by as the darkness closes in everyone (led by the Gnome!) go through the Monolith and emerge in the jungles of the Kali Tyranny atop ruins at the close of day - find Ravnica!
- Ultimately - find the Star Dragon, Mama Tet can't help anymore, awakening the Star Dragon may put off non-existence and help free the Loa who are beings that drop through all membranes of existence but have been trapped here
- Gundark is withdrawn and empty, Essen is a deep fake AI, Dwayne is deeply not contemplative and Gimblenock is worried he's the toughest right now - how the hell does that happen when you have two meat shields?
- Realising that the ruins are Loxodon ruins and a sacred shrine at that (that rascally Geele, where will he send you next after agreeing through a must abide by pact?)
- Carkade Spartoi watch you enter, but are affeared as the Loxodon made short work of them 6,000 years ago, and this is one of their places of power
- A magnificent ancient Loxodon altar!
- Ancient Loxodon trumpeting and the following: "Ayedoje emerged from the joy of extant Tale, shook off the shaow of Tethys before striking the Righteous of Aves Reva" - all related to why and the Loxodon are here no more""Sotuj, Sotuj say no, the end is come. Trumpet your victory song, Tranquil Mind is the stars."
- A magnificent set of hologram Loxodon god-armour shines brightly. It is missing its right pauldron, which if placed correctly on the hologram, will cause the god-armour to rematerialise.
- Tranquil Mind was the last known possessor of the pauldron.
- The instructions on how to create the set of armour is present , but is useless as the pauldron still exists - only one can be in existence at any time
- Find the pauldron, attach to the suit of armour and you will be given the instructions of how to enter Ravnica - but nothing else, including what to do, how ro find the missing Loxodon or how to to find and awaken the Star Dragon (an Elder God by theway who no doubt is being watched bu beings and organisations you don;'t know about and who are supremely powerful)
- Oh, and the BMG no longer have the protection of the Starless Communion and Mama Tet , so unless you have a way to protect yourselves from divination, mind reading, manipulation etc etc - BRACE YOURSELVES - every cult and sect that wants what you want, WILL BE LOOKING
