Info: As the head of the former House of Knowledge, Lao is an extremely brilliant man. However, this has led several people to dislike and even distrust the man. He can be very condescending and harsh. But he does seem to keep his word, albiet in a way that best suits his own goals. Dealing with his is dangerous but can be rewarding. Despite that, he is known to care for his kids, especially since their mother died. Recently, manipulated events to ensure Lionheart was exposed as the monster he was, and the party praised for killing him. He now holds the Third High Seat of the transitional Maneran Republic. He dedicates his time to aiding in the city restoration.
