Santaigo Buffet
A pirate who sails under false merchant licenses, he has encountered and taken a liking to the party. He has two people he always sails with, a drow wizard and Zeyda the Barbarian. Everyone else in his crew seem to be temporary hires he switches out everytime a mission is complete. Not much is known about his goals. Be he seems to be a man of his word. He aided in the defeat of Lionheart during the Lionheart incident. Afterwards, he decided to stay around and aid the transitional Maneran Republic in reconstruction efforts, as well as trade efforts. Thanks to this, he has been granted a position in the Republic's Fleet. He has declined but said if things ever got out of control he would be back to defend the city.

Buffet carries around enchanted handgunnes that he named Amara and Esperanza. The handgunnes have a modified version of the Explosive Shot enchantment.

Personal history
Buffet doesn't share much of his own history. All he's mentioned was that he was born after his mother had a onenight stand with a man she never saw again. He usually brushes off any more prying, and simply states:
"I worked hard to get to where I am, so does it matter where I was before?"

Gender Identity
Buffet presents himself as a male, but to him gender roles mean nothing. Having a single mother and his own life experiences have led him to believe that people can and should do any and all tasks they are capable of doing. He has been known to throw people over board who try to enforce gender stereotypes.
Sexuality
Buffet usually prefers women, however he does not seem to actively try to persue any form of sexual relationship. Many people have confused him as being asexual, when in reality he is simply afraid of having the same situation his mother was forced into forced upon another. For this very reason he supports brothel worker rights, but avidly avoids brothels himself.

Buffet's education is unknown, but he seems to ahve recieved some form of education.

Motivation
Buffet's motivation is to get to the center of the Astral Island, in order to use the power at its center to make a wish. He has never shared what his wish is, but many believe its to become the richest person.
Hygiene
Buffet mantains himself extremely clean and well kept, and expects his crew to do the same, with the exception of Tommy. However, his eating habbits are less than savory. He believes that any food is fine to eat, as long as the maggots haven't gotten to it. This leads him to eat food that has fallen in dirt, started to rot or even has been touched by other animals.

While buffet is not outwardly religious, he does believe in both Nami and Laurel, and will say a quick prayer when situations seem dire.
Social Aptitude
Buffet is a charismatic yet well mannered individual. He will gladly strick up a conversation with anyone and will be as earnest as he can. Because of this, he is able to make a friend or two in nearly every port town in Hitorik.
