Sam Manning
Sam has a head for numbers and he uses it to help Needles continue operating. At one point he may have ended up in the same club where Doctor Enigma was conducting some sort of business and since Needles wasn't doing so well that year and he was drunk, he approached her and asked what he would have to do for a loan. To his surprise, she just gave him some money and told him it was an investment in making sure her Damsel stayed where she wanted her. Sam has kind of been waiting for Enigma to call in a favour of some sort after that, but he's beginning to think maybe she meant it when she said she wouldn't.
Sam is perpetually exhausted but still cheerful and friendly.
