Peacekeepers (God-Police/Coppers)
Peacekeepers, better known by those who fear them as the "God-Police", are the main police-unit of Heimland. Said to be made from a later model of the Mechs, these law-enforcers roam Heimland in groups of two, an Officer and a Deputy. Everyone fears the Peacekeepers, and even the bandits make sure to live their criminal acts away from their watchful eyes. Peacekeepers value the law above everything else and, although they are very polite to "good" citizens, they will stop at nothing to take down criminals, even if that means destroying entire cities or lands whilst they're doing it. A single Peacekeeper can destroy an entire 20-thanna radius just by running. A man who angers a Peacekeeper is a dead man.
Utility
Peacekeepers are the main law-enforcement of Heimland. They maintain law and order, and have the right to "arrest" criminals. If a criminal refuses "arrest", a Peacekeeper is programmed to "pacify" the criminal. This includes instantly killing the criminal with a stab in the leg (normally by a sharp object such as a truncheon, a roughly cylindrical club made of a dense and sharp metal that is carried as a compliance-tool and defensive-weapon by Peacekeepers) and a single punch to the face. Peacekeepers can punch with a force of 421,352,383,100,000 kg (about 928,922,995,552,151 lbs.) The force of their punch is strong enough to shatter a person's skull into dust, and create a powerful gust of wind that can uproot a house.

Peacekeepers are common all around Heimland, but very few are in the Harbor where the bandits rule.
Complexity
The Peacekeepers are based on the Mechs. They each are characterized by their white armor, which is made from a mixture of tungsten, diamond, beta-carbon-nitride, rhenium-diboride and lonsdaleite bonded together at a cellular level. They each stand about 7 feet tall, weigh about 70 kg (154 lbs.) Peacekeepers can move at twice the speed of light, but prefer to walk at a pace of 10 miles per hour most of the time. If running at full speed, they can produce a force of 202,176,000,000,000,000,000 Joules in kinetic-energy. The reason Peacekeepers can move at these speeds is due to their power-source; all Peacekeepers are charged with Nuclear-Magic.
