The High Council
Representing the different regions of people, these nobility find ways to compromise with one another and succeed in putting the traditions of the people first. The main five representatives are-
Cecil Mountainman: Leader of the Mountainmen, a militia of dwarves that are known for advancing in mountain climbing abilities as well as cavern crawling. Best known for fighting against Jigwal in the Push to the Mountains.
Osonia Adrel: Leader of the elves, she's very familiar with nature despite being a High Elf. She is one of the few original members of the council to have survived despite the short time it has been around.
Mahzun Sulie: Son of the council member before him, he represents the humans of the grassland Berg used to own before it was taken by Jigwal.
Tord Wollum: Current King of Berg, people like to theorize where he disappears to when he is not around.
Danilstin Yulin: Representative of the humans in the tundra, he is often more focused on his work and relationships rather than being a council member unless convinced he is necessary. This is due to the harsh conditions of the tundra requiring constant attention
Despite the diversity of the council and the varying cultures, it's stated they seldom disagree, and come to decisions quickly. This often leads the people of Berg to believe the meetings are purely a formality.
