Cecil Mountainman (See-sil)
Leader of the Mountainmen, Cecil has stated to have no fears when it comes to the dangers of the mountains. He is far more afraid of subterfuge and lies, as they can cause real damage. His goal as a part of The High Council is to be able to mobilize the Mountainmen for combat as soon as danger arrives. As time has passed, he has become less concerned over the Dwarven way of life, seeing the mountains as already being terrain too difficult to influence if others tried. The only people suitable for a lifestyle in the mountains are the most hardened, so Cecil makes sure to keep his people hardened.
With a long, braided beard as red as his hair, Cecil is as dwarf as a dwarf can get. He even boasts gems and other décor on his body of things he finds in the caves, ultimately making him look more appealing. He says it's mostly a way of having his foes underestimate him, pushing a look that makes him seem less of a hardened individual and more weakened by the high life of nobility.
