Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
If an Arcáno is accused of a crime or of negligence leading to the injury of soldiers, they will be brought to a court-martial where the Aron/Bereth and the High Archmage of N'uirgalad will investigate the claims. If found guilty, they will be punished as appropriate for the crime, with a minimum of demotion to Cáno.
