Stolen Eye

A Stolen Eye is a piece of jewelry formed in the shape of an eye that is actually a subtle magic item. This item, often an amulet, serves as a surveillance tool for cultists in Stildane associated with Verkon, The False Chimera.   Stolen Eyes are created from enthralled prisoners of Dream Obelisks, who are left withering away in unending deathless slumber to fuel the dread rituals of the cult. While those prisoners sleep endlessly, the cult harvests their body parts for magic items. The eyes transfigure into Stolen Eyes, which see for the cult and act as constant spies.    Stolen Eyes are able to pick up sounds, smells, and other sensory inputs that eyes normally couldn't. They also can manifest spindly legs to move themselves around, though they only do this rarely. Stolen Eyes are able to conceal their magical nature to the point where Arzet Devadov brought one into the Darzan University without it being detected.
