Birth of the Second Moon
In -100 DE, a century before The Architects vanished from the world, the Second Moon appeared in the sky. This event shocked peoples around the world who struggled to understand what this meant.
The Birth of the Second Moon is a historical event recorded by a number of organized religions as myth or legend. Virtually all mythic histories involve some sort of story relating to this event. Most of these histories wrap the appearance of the second moon in with other magical stories of gods, monsters, and heroes; very few matter-of-fact histories dating back this far remain on this subject.
The Birth of the Second Moon coincided with both the Divine Scouring of Stildane and the creation of the Five Chimeric Vaults. Because of this, many local legends and stories link the second moon with those places and things.
