The Temple of Vulcan
Vulcan is second only in Athens to Athena herself. People love the god of crafts, and the best place to worship him is here by an anvil. Archimedes may make the best mechanical wonders in the world, but Barnabas (dwarf) ,the high priest of Vulcan, smelts his components. Some of the sharpest steel in Greece comes from the forges here.
Geography
This temple is built deep underground, the forges fed by a restless volcano that bubbles day and night. Some folk say the only thing that keeps it from erupting is Barnabas' faith to the forge god.
