The Minotaurs
The Minotaurs are the only gang in Thebes that are not associated with any sort of illicit activity. They are however, the most respected. The Minotaurs organize the Great Dionysia and are the Vintners of the area. They make the best wine in Greece, and everyone knows it. Rumor has it that their best wine will drive people mad with desire. When not putting on the festival for Dionysus, the Minotaurs provide entertainment in other ways. Brothels, lounges, and halls of never ending parties are all part of their purview.

They believe in releasing one's inhibitions and cutting loose from the social restraints of the world. They are only all business when it comes to wine and the festival of Dionysus.
History
The Minotaurs are the oldest gang in Thebes, they've been around since the city was founded, some say even before.
