Baator, known as the Throne of Vortegon, is a domain of unyielding order and malice, where the intricate machinery Pragma melts down into molten metal as the justice of law is twisted into corrupted domination. The seat of the tyrant Vortegon who reigns surpeme as the ultimate arbitaer of suffering and domination, rests at the bottom of its depths. The realm is composed of seven distinct ordered layers, each to embody an aspect Baators will, and deep seated passive hatred.
