Lucius Blackthorn is the Demicardinal of Asmodeus in Egorian, Cheliax, and one of the most insidious architects of the Ebon Triad’s High Council. A master of infernal doctrine and political manipulation, he used his ecclesiastical authority to mask heretical collaboration with Dahak and Norgorber’s cults. While publicly revered as a paragon of Asmodean law, Lucius secretly helped design the Triad’s unified dogma and believes himself instrumental in the creation of the Mantle of the Overgod.
