The Hand of the Chained is a sinister artifact—the severed left hand of Tharzduun, lost during his ancient battle with his brother, Asmodeus. Severed in betrayal and violence, the hand embodies the corruption, rage, and madness of Tharzduun’s imprisonment in the Abyss.   Its precise powers remain shrouded in mystery, though legends speak of its terrible corruption and destructive potential. Over centuries, seekers of forbidden knowledge have searched tirelessly for it, but none have succeeded in uncovering its resting place.   The artifact’s current location remains unknown. It is widely believed among scholars and clergy that Sarenrae herself recovered the Hand after the great confrontation, securing it in a hidden celestial vault to prevent it from ever unleashing its dark influence upon the world again.
