Tafari (Tah-fah-ree)

Tafari was born one day after the 1st Prince to parents who were part of the Grand Guard. Everyone thought that this was destiny. Where Killien went, Tafari would follow from birth all the way to death. But for the first few days of life, Tafari has always lived in the Palace, guarding Killien.   Tafari and Killien having grown up together since the first year of life meant that they knew each other inside out. Although Tafari is quiet most of the time, Killien knows what he's feeling and it only take a few works to communicate.   There are 2 types of desired looks for a man in Kirian.  The first is the scholar. A slender, light skinned man who possesses the sharpest wit and intellectual mind who was good at reading and games and would entertain a woman with soft, sensible demeanor. The 3rd Prince, Kainen, is the ideal for this category. The second type is the warrior. Skin tanned by the sun, bodies hardened training. A competent man that would protect a woman from any threat and would afterwards sweep her to the chambers. Tafari was considered to be the ideal of this kind. Court women would rejuvenate their eyes by watching him train and he was considered more handsome than even the King, although these remarks were only ever whispered in private chambers in fear of punishment. These women had given up on him long ago however. Although their fantasies were hot, Tafari was cold. He was always polite and considerate, but showed no interest in anything other than his duty. The women had decided long ago that he would be a lifelong bachelor.   Tafari has no great ambition. He enjoys doing his job well and that's what he does every day. He is not happy nor sad. He lacks humor and has rarely been seen laughing (although he does smile sometimes). He's a man of simple pleasures. He enjoys food, he enjoys his friendship with Killien and he enjoys not being bothered by the drama of the Palace.
