Jatrhi (ja-tch-ri)
Jatrhi is the leader of the Onyx Brotherhood. She is known for her brutal and cold efficiency as a ruler, as well as having made a habit of devouring her rivals.
Physical Description
Identifying Characteristics
On Jathri's head is what looks like a metal helmet. This is actually an implanted "cage" placed to replace her cobra hood, which was damaged by Jace Thornsong during a fight with him. The cage has pneumatic pumps that deliver additional additional power to her jaw muscles, greatly improving her bite force.

Personal history
Jatrhi was hatched and raised in the Ssthra capital city of Xesra. At 25, she stowed away on a Republican cargo ship in hopes of starting a new life anywhere but the violent jungles of southern Getrea.
The ship she was on arrived in Kentar, and so she stayed. Over time she found her way into the Onyx Brotherhood, a criminal organization that operates in Kentar. She worked her way through the ranks, strating as someone who did the grunt work. She eventually became the second in command for the gang as a whole. After being this way for a few years, she sought to take control of the gang herself.
One night, she spiked her boss's whiskey with a large dose of powdered Keldary. He quickly overdosed and fell unconscious. While he was unconscious, Jatrhi devoured her now former boss to remove all evidence of his death.
When morning came she acted as though he was missing and blamed other gangs for the "disappearance". Jatrhi used this oppritunity to go on a city wide purge of any potential rivals. This resulted in numerous gang wars and deaths.

Jatrhi, like most Snakefolk, has a taste for the flesh of humanoid creatures. However, Jatrhi takes this a step further and has an obsession with consuming humanoids. Especially if the victim is a person of importance or power.
Relationships
History
Jatrhi has been a rival of Jace for most of his life. Jatrhi has killed many of Jace's freinds along with his parents, and Jace has disfigured Jatrhi and stopper her from taking over most of Kentar. Their rivalry is as long as it is bitter.
Relationship Reasoning
To Jace, Jatrhi is a maniacal kin murdering bitch who must be dealt with if. Both for revenge and so he can expand his operations. To Jatrhi, Jace is an ever present thorn in her side that she wants removed. She regularly fantasizes about torturing and devouring him.
