Enhanced Worker's License

A civiliian buisness which wants to occupy and take advantage of any extraordinary capabilities it's workers may posses is required by law to recieve an enhanced workers license.
  The license allows the buisness to employ extraordinary individuals and allows them to use their powers to assist in their job. Generaly a license will cover a specified subset of abillities (e.g. telekinesis, super speed, matter generation etc.) which are allowed in the workplace with according to their needs. A location that holds an EWL is subjected to frequent examination and must report all new empowered hiers toB.E.A.R (British Extrahuman Associates Registary) or a local equivelant, with new hiers going through a short orientation test to make sure they are capable of doing their work properly.
There are specific EWL contracts which are meant to allow certain buisnesses a wider inclusion or more oversight for their canidates. such as a construction EWL which allows all types of powers with the exception of matter generating ones which have to be specially approved, a medical EWL which requires additional training an energy generation EWL with certain additional tests of safety measures and so on.
