Rudelf Windslayer, Byycon of the Plains

Oldest Windslayer who gave up throne to join Merkaynian Enclave   Byycon Rudelf Windslayer is a seasoned warrior of Wyndan descent, who now holds the title of Byycon of the entire Merkaynian Enclave. At 66 years old, Rudelf has lived through decades of battle and leadership. He was once destined to rule as the heir of the Windslayer lineage but chose to forsake his throne to join the Merkaynian Enclave, seeking to uphold a higher duty of cleansing the world from the corruption of Vlox.   Standing tall with a weathered red beard that has grown around battle scars, and his thick red hair tied back, Rudelf embodies the spirit of a battle-hardened veteran. His armor, a mix of old, leaf-green, and gold-speckled ranger gear, is a testament to his many years in service, now bearing the wear of countless battles. His tower shield, adorned with marigold carvings, is a relic older than Rudelf himself, bearing the jagged marks of a weapon as well as a defense. Despite his gruff exterior, a glimmer of hope still shines in his eyes, a sign of his unwavering commitment to his cause.   As the newly appointed Byycon, Rudelf's primary mission is to purify the world from the spreading corruption of Vlox, and he has reformed an elite faction of Merkaynian warriors to stand against this growing threat. Unlike his brother, who let their ancestral home fall to neglect, Rudelf is dedicated to the Enclave and the sanctity of its mission. He is wary of the Dharan priests' mobilization and the political machinations of the capital, focusing instead on the ancient duty of the Enclave. His resolve is clear: to uphold the legacy of the Merkaynian Circle, first formed by Khen’Wai, and to stand against the edicts of the crown that seek to undermine the pantheon of gods that have long guided their land.   Rudelf's wisdom, earned through a lifetime of battles, guides him as he prepares to meet with the Dwarven Arch Viscount, hoping to form alliances as strong as those forged by the legendary dwarf Arcus Sheerfall. Even as he readies himself for potential conflict with the Dharan priests, Rudelf remains steadfast, determined to protect his people and lead the Merkaynian Enclave to victory against the forces that threaten their world.     This is Rudelf Windslayer, older brother to the dead Eastking Addikus, he has chosen to abdicate the throne twice to hold his position within the Merkaynian Enclave (god of strength and honour, god who is holding his brother Vlox in check from that story I showed you) Rudelf is now the Byycon (leader) of the Enclave and is continuing the fight against Vlox, he has said no for a second time to his elected familial title and thus caused both the Ninth Eastern Moot and the upcoming 10th Eastern Moot. He was unanimously voted by the chiefs to replace his younger brother but essentially said "screw you, I dont care about your petty politics" He's a rowdy, party animal but also incredibly honourable. His eye actually is a boon from Merkayne, the gray shapes he sees in his half blind eye causes anyone with intent to harm him glow a bright color in his vision. Each member of the Enclave customizes their armor and shield, his is a very old shield still made from wood, and his armor is a combination of Merkaynian gear and old leathers he used when he was a hunter, his pauldron matches his brothers so he has had that since he left home when he was a teen to join the Merkaynians. You sent I didnt think about the sheath thing but it matches close in shape to his brothers sword so that would be vey cool for him to draw that out from behind the tower shield   Rudelf recruited Sarvin to join the Merkaynian Circle, the top dogs of the faction to rally the fight against Vlox   Thats a unique Rudelf boon, since he lost his eye in battle fighting for Merkayne, when he was surrounded and couldn't see who was trying to kill him, Merkayne gave him this gift and he survived the battle through only seeing the battlefirld in grey with bursts of random colors   also why he always wins bar fights, becuse as soon as the person chirping with him turns red, he knows he is about to swing   Like if a person is truly a friend or allied person will they turn a colour that’s not grey   I think his allies would shift a hue of gold, so he can see where they are around him at all times
