Conclave Astrolathe

This structure was built by the Midnight Conclave when they used to rule over the Aleazar Umbralna, underneath its base was an entrance to the Undergrowth region of Ivoria.   The Conclave were wizards who protected the region but also spent their time researching the outer planes of Galfin.   This Astrolathe was built undergound along a layline to tap into the innate magic of the realm. Their leader Lady Damia had a particular interest in the plane of Ba’an.   The shape of this device was that of a torus shape, showing the other realms circlings around in odd patterns that sometimes aligned with points of dense magic on Galfin. These points were represented by black obelisks.   This structure is no longer used as the Conclave was wiped out centuries ago. The cave sysem where this is located is hidden away in the Undergrowth, the region now inhabited by the Cicadians, bug folk who were fleeing the Pale Queen and her forceful recruitment.
