Caer Ophiambër

Eleyond war room that is rarely used   In the grand rooted halls of Eleyond, under vaulted canopies shaped from living elder wood, lies the Caer Ophiambër, the war chamber seldom called to life. The air there sits heavy with restraint as the Vespin elves will defend themselves against threats but have not fought in open war since a bloody conflict with the Pheori elves of Firefang. Too many lives were lost with little gained so witnesses of that war-amongst-kin set precedents to avoid all out war at all cost.   This reluctance to war does not make the Summer elves weak, they still train fierce warriors and are true survivalists of the Incantum Forest.   Beyond the doors of the Caer Ophiambër, the Stream of Ages weaves a living moat around the ancient heart of the city—its waters threading stories of seasons past.   The war chamber stands not as a relic of fervor, but as a testament to peace: unused, revered, a place for war that is hopefully never needed.
