She stopped taking care of herself after her husband killed her son.
Fell ill and refused any help.
After Scorn Fieldburner's failed attack on Skygarde and his execution at the hand of Orion Skytracer. Aquilla passed away.
This led to Orion closing the Skygarde gates to anything that wasn't human.
